Subject: making LSE-150 world public

Hi Rob,

Can you please make LSE-150 (control system architecture description) world public (for viewing)?

We want to reference it in the upcoming SPIE papers.

I’ve not done this before so let me know if there are any bureaucratic hoops we need to jump through. I already checked with Andy, Tiago and Sandrine and they’re all on board.
